Nepal has gained a reputation as a source of high-quality teas just in recent decades. The combination of high altitudes, cool climate, and mineral-rich soils creates the ideal conditions for fine aromatic teas of varying processing and flavor.

Accordingly, the Clubbox No.14 offers 25g each of the following 6 tea varieties, differing in processing, picking time and origin within Nepal:

Pathivara Spring Beauty First Flush 2025

The “Spring Beauty” is the first spring picking of Pathivara tea garden, a small estate with a processing unit of its own in Panchthar, Nepal. Already the dry tea leaf exudes an intensely floral, spring-fresh scent. In turn, this finds reflection in the tea liquor’s fragrance and taste. Just like modern spring flushes from neighbouring Darjeeling, the tea display a rather light, well-balanced oxidation level. This creates an equally soft, complex and lively taste profile with dominant floral and slightly fruity-sweet notes.

Ganesha Green Tee

Ganesha Green is the signature green tea of Kanchanjangha Tea Estate and Research Center in Nepal. It is a medium-bodied, naturally-grown loose-leaf green tea with a delicate smoky and nutty aroma reminiscent of pine and grilled macadamia nuts. This tea is naturally low in caffeine, boasting unique buttery-sweet and toasty notes, accompanied by distinct marine flavors of kelp and seaweed.

Bhakanje Tippy Fall Wires Black Tea

Bhakanje Tippy Fall Wires Black Tea is a rare autumnal harvest from the Bhakanje Tea Estate in Nepal’s Solukhumbu district. Handpicked in October, this tea stands out due to its wiry-rolled leaves and rich, full-bodied taste. Its deep, malty sweetness and warm, honeyed notes create a balanced and smooth drinking experience. The tea comes from smallholder farmers in the village of Bhakanje and is processed in the Bhakanje Tea Factory—a project dedicated to supporting the local community through sustainable tea cultivation.

Kanchanjangha Noir Black Tea

Kanchanjangha Noir is a robust black tea hailing from Kanchanjangha Tea Estate and Research Center in Nepal. It is renowned for its lively fruity and floral aromas complemented by subtle caramel undertones. This exceptional tea presents a delightful medley of flavors, with distinct notes of raisins, cherry, and dark chocolate that linger on the palate.

Kumari Gold Black Tea

Kumari Gold is a black tea from social cooperative Kanchanjangha Tea Estate in Nepal, featuring an abundance of golden tips. The meticulous artisan-crafting from handpicked leaves creates a delightful aroma with notes of caramel and brown sugar. Its flavor profile is characterized by a full-bodied, smooth texture with a malty essence. This is accompanied by pronounced baked fruit and honey flavors, leading to an earthy, long-lasting finish.

Shangri-La Ruby Spring Snail Black Tea

Shangri-La Ruby Spring Snail is a highly aromatic, fully oxidized black tea. It’s the quality spearhead of the eponymous “bought leaf” tea factory in Nepal. The used leaf material comes from nature-friendly cultivated tea gardens in altitudes between 1500 and 1800 meters. The meticulously observed “2+1” picking standard emphasizes the high share of bright golden tips. This in turn signs responsible for a canon of intensive malty base notes with a light chocolatey, gently tart finish.
