The dark brown, almost black tea leaf, rolled into a solid ball shape, produces an intensely bronze-colored cup. The honey sweetness inherent in the Tie Guan Yin tea plant merges with spicy coffee and roast notes to a complex overall taste pattern, which is characterized by the element of “fire”.
