The beautiful, carefull handpicked and rolled leaf unfolds after about half a minute in hot water, before producing a clear amber-colored infusion. The tea’s taste is dominated by a mineral character, strongly reminiscent of Wuyi rock Oolong teas. To this adds mild sweetness and a set of earthy and light floral notes as a complement.
