You can revoke your contract declaration within 14 days without stating any reasons in written form (e.g. letter, email), or, if the item is delivered to you before that, by returning the item. The terms starts with the receipt of this declaration, but not before the receipt of the item/s by the orderer (for the repeated delivery of similar items not before the receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before the fulfilment of our information obligations. In order to observe the revocation term, the timely submission of the revocation or return of the item suffices. The revocation is to send to:

In case of an effective revocation, the received deliverables from both sides are to be returned. If you are not able to return the received deliverables wholly or partially or only in a deteriorated condition, you will have to compensate us for the misses or deteriorations. You will only have to compensate us for the detoriation of items, as far as the deteriorations are due to your handling or use of the item exceeding the test and inspection of the charcteristics and functionality of the item. This means the testing and inspecting of the respective item in a way as it would be possible and common in a non-virtual shop, too. Items sent to you by parcel are to be returned by parcel at our risk. You will have to bear the normal costs for the return. Amounts already paid by you will be returned to you immediately after our receipt of the returned item. The term starts for you with your submission of the revocation declaration, for us with the receipt of the same.
